Dr. Saghy Motamedy, Owner and Medical Director of both River Oaks Beauty & Weight Loss Center and Bellaire Beauty & Weight Loss Center, has been dedicated to providing personalized health, wellness, and aesthetic care for over a decade. She co-founded River Oaks Beauty & Weight Loss Center in 2011 and expanded the practice with the opening of Bellaire Beauty & Weight Loss Center in 2017. Today, Dr. Motamedy proudly serves patients at both locations, bringing her experience, expertise, and passion for personalized care to every patient.

Dr Saghy Motamedy

Dr. Saghy Motamedy graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2006. During her medical training, she completed additional coursework in cosmetic dermatology and pursued advanced education in bariatric medicine, aesthetic medicine, and facial and body enhancement.

Dr. Motamedy has a special interest in bariatric medicine, weight management, skin health, and aesthetic medicine and has been practicing in these fields since 2008. She is Board Certified in Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM).

Throughout her career, Dr. Motamedy has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise through advanced education and training with leading organizations and manufacturers in aesthetic and medical technology, including Professional Postgraduate Services (PPS), Millennium CME Institute, the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Cutera, Cynosure, and Zerona Laser.

Dr. Motamedy is a current member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and has helped thousands of patients who have struggled with weight management achieve meaningful, individualized results. Her approach to weight management is personalized to each patient's needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Dr. Motamedy is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their very best. She believes that when patients feel more confident in their appearance and overall well-being, that confidence can positively influence many other areas of their lives.

Ensi, Hetal, Lorena, and Negar are dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their experience with us. Their passion for helping patients look and feel their best is an important part of what makes our practice special.

Ensi has been an integral part of our team since 2013 and serves as our Office Manager. With more than a decade of experience, her dedication, leadership, and commitment to our patients make her an essential part of our practice.

Hetal joined our team in 2014, shortly after completing her education in Business Administration. She brings valuable experience, organization, and dedication to her role, helping ensure that our practice operates smoothly and that every patient receives exceptional service.

Lorena and Negar joined our team in 2023 and have quickly become valued members of our practice. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine commitment to our patients reflect the high standards we strive to maintain every day.
